- Invoice Issue Date: Invoices will be issued upon confirmation of your advertisement booking.
- Payment Due Date: This will be set out in your invoice.
First time advertisers: Full payment is due before the publication date set out in our print deadlines. If payment is not received before this publication date we reserve the right to withdraw the advertisement.
Repeat advertisers: The full balance is due within 30 days from the invoice issue date. - Deposits: If an advertisement is not paid up front, a 50% deposit is required to secure your advertising space. This must be paid by the date set out in the invoice, or you will lose your space. If we do not receive artwork before the content deadline, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

Terms and conditions
- Late Payments: A late fee of 10% per month will be applied to any payments not received by the due date. Please note that late payments may result in a delay in the publication of your advertisement.
- Advertisement Content: All advertisement content must be approved by Puddle Magazine before publication. We will review your content within 2 business days of receiving it. We reserve the right to reject any content deemed inappropriate or not in line with our editorial standards.
- Cancellation Policy: Advertisements cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled publication date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost. Partial refunds will only be issued for cancellations made seven days before publication.
- Refunds: Full refunds will only be issued if Puddle Magazine fails to publish the advertisement or there is an issue with the advertisement due to our error. If you notice an error in your ad after it has been published, please contact us within 5 business days. No refunds will be issued for errors or omissions in the ad provided by the advertiser.
- Amendments: You can make changes to your advertisement up until 9 a.m. on the content deadline date for that issue. Please note that when the magazine is in print production, we can’t guarantee that any amendments can be made. Ads are checked for any obvious errors before they go to print, if we find any errors, we will contact you.
- Liability: Puddle Magazine is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the publication of the advertisement, including any errors or omissions beyond the cost of the ad itself.
- Discounts: Advertisers who consecutively book 3 or more issues together will receive a 10% discount on the total cost (excluding VAT). The booking term with the discount applied can be paid in advance or via a direct debit agreement. If another discount has been given which applies to your booking, please notify us in advance so we can correct your invoice.
- Charity Discount: Registered charities are entitled to 10% off advertising at any time and a single free event listing per issue (subject to availability, limited to a maximum number of charities per issue).
- Changes to Terms: Puddle Magazine reserves the right to change these payment terms and conditions at any time. Advertisers will be notified of any changes in writing.
