- The family ticket includes admission for two adults and two children.
- The family pass is open-dated and valid for 3 months, it is not redeemable on special events. Tickets may not be used on event days unless otherwise stated
- Tickets will be emailed out to the winner unless otherwise arranged in advance of your visit.
- The prize voucher must be used by the expiry date shown.
- No other discounts to be used with the prize voucher.
- Tickets will be invalidated if it transpires they have been purchased by a third party
- The prize voucher has no cash value and is not valid for resale or transfer.
- Competition entries close on midnight on 17th October 2025
- Tickets cannot be extended under any circumstances and are only valid on or up until the date stated on the competition
